Our highest priority is making sure that an employer finds the best candidate for his or her job vacancy. We do not specifically seek placement for a particular candidate. To find the best candidates, we pre-screen all applicants. We then provide resumes or arrange for our customers to interview and / or skill test their short-listed candidates directly.

All immigrants to Canada must be approved by the Canadian Government. However, there are several programs through which a prospective immigrant may apply. In addition to the federal programs, each province has programs through which they may “nominate” or recommend a particular applicant to the federal government. These recommended applications are handled differently than standard applications by the federal government.

CLS Consulting Ltd. works hard to follow all of the federal and provincial program changes that affect the immigration process. Our experienced staff can determine the most appropriate type of application for your company and job vacancies. They can also evaluate education, work experience, family status, and other factors to determine whether the candidate you select is likely to succeed through the immigration process required.
